Import & Sales Administration Staff  < Qualification > ·        Age Max. 30 years ·        Candidate must possess at least Diploma 1 ·        Prefer 2(two) years of working experience in the field (Import & Sales Admin.) . Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales Administration or Admin Import equivalent. ·        Good personality, diligent, honest, & highly motivated ·        Influent English both speaking & writing ·        Proficient in MS Office(Excel / Word) ·        Able to work as a team and individually ·        Good communication skills and have the ability to negotiate ·        Placement in South Jakarta ·        Documentation related Sales Admin & Import. ·        Processing all of Purchase Order, Sales Order, Import including Customs & Inland Logistic. ·        Keep Sales Data Administration ·        Monitoring the account receivable from customer ·        Follow up all activities conducted to obtain business opportunities at a future time to the customer. ·        Verify that all documentation adheres to import policies and laws. . Deal with shipping, receiving, and record keeping for international transactions. . Coordinate shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries. They also deal with quotes from prospective shippers and handle claims with insurance companies if any shipment problems happen to occur. . Coordinate all of issues related domestic shipment or delivery.
