Requirement Education : • Minimum Diploma ( D3 ) in Engineering ( Electro , Mechanical , or Civil ) Technical oriented or equivalent experience . Profile : • A minimum of 3 (Three) years engineering experience in global environment & experience in multi national company will be advantage. • Ability to work independently, with a strong leadership and self running. • Robust interpersonal skills with a good sense and respect for different cultures. Languagues : • Bahasa Indonesia (native language / fluent written and oral) • English (fluent written and oral) Responsibilities : • Assist to superior on facility & maintenance section to perform in good condition. • Lease with vendor on the repair or service work on facility/utility (i,e. Air Compressor System, Cooling Water/Chiller, Drinking Water & Building). • Assist Purchaser during getting the quote and lease for technical inquiry. • Assist plan preventive maintenance program for all machinery and facility within company. • Working together with production for smooth maintenance schedule execution. • Plan for cost saving and safety improvement program and execution. • Monitoring of electricity and water consumption and to find a way in effective control of their usage. • Organize for any facility work in progress with Batamindo. • Propose and issue facility spare parts and work with Purchasing for any recommendation of equivalent parts in order to have saving cost. • Reviews and monitors Facility and Building project progress to assure quality and adherence to requirements of contract documents. • Work together with other department to achieve company goals. • Perform other assigned duties as deemed necessary by their supervisor.
