Requirement Education : • Minimum Diploma III in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical), technical oriented or equivalent experience Profile : • Strong knowledge on manufacturing processes • A Minimum 3 years experience in the field of product development, both in mechanical or electronic product in multi-national company. • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Robust interpersonal skills with a good sense and respect for different cultures. Languagues : • Bahasa Indonesia (native language / fluent written and oral) • English (fluent written and oral) Responsibilities : > Coordinate with Design team, to design, build, and test prototypes to defined performance specifications and to develop product specifications. > Develop and perform performance tests on products to characterize and document their safety. > Perform and write validations of product, processes and equipment. > Work with quality team to ensure all appropriate validations are completed in accordance with regulatory requirements. > Coordinate with manufacturing and quality teams in development of Design History File (DHF), Device Master Record (DMR), and other required design transfer data and systems to ensure integrity and quality of submitted data. > Determine supplier product specifications and evaluate products according to quality standards and specifications. > Work with manufacturing team to develop, evaluate, and optimize cost effective manufacturing processes and equipment during Design/Development stage. > Conceptualize and institute improvements to products and their manufacturability. > Evaluate proposed improvements to processes and products based on analysis of regulatory requirements, product quality needs, ergonomics, safety, environmental and economics. > Document work via reports, lab notebooks, and design file entries. > Comply with Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) guidelines. > Working together and maintain effective working relationships with other department to achieve Company Target. > Completes design and development projects by training and guiding the project team. > Responsible for writing Validation protocols (IQ,OQ,PQ) and reviewing the reports to qualify inspection, test, and production equipment during product development. > Provide training to the person involve in the validation for learning and knowing the “what/where/how/when” the equipment is intended to be used prior to writing the protocols.
